Drew was awesome! First day the dishwasher decided to behave, but when he left it went back to bad behavior. Then Drew came back a second time and found hard debris in the system which we suspected was causing the misfunction. Drew explained the issue to me clearly and removed the debris quickly. Should have purchased a new dryer vs repair. Spent nearly $600 for repairs and 33 days later dryer isn’t heating again and squeaks so loud we can’t use while home/downstairs/kids sleeping. Was quiet before tech opened the dryer for heating element repair… we did pay them to come back and service the noise that didn’t get resolved. Now spending $600 today for a new dryer. Unfortunately our experience was not with an honest company or technician. While there’s certainly a benefit to repair vs buy in many ways, it’s only worth it if the repairs are reliable and don’t result in lost cost.

Honestly I had a wonderful experience with these guys! I was nervous about it because I have a very unique washer/dryer ventless machine that isn’t seen too much. But Cameron took great care of it. He was able to identify the problem quickly and accurately. He was also able to fix the issue quickly and even gave me a one year warranty on the job. These guys are the best! I will go through this company again for any other appliance issues I may have in the future. I highly recommend you use them also. Oh yeah and he even helped me clean out the filter on this machine, which if you know about these ventless machines that is a very difficult thing to do.

After I set up my appointment, I received a notification reminder about the time window of when the technician would show up. That was cool! i purchased an LG dishwasher september ‘22 and the motor, predictably, started going out october ‘23. my household lived with the loud sound of the degrading motor til mid december when the appliance threw an ‘AE’ code. which meant there was a leak. Paul from My Appliance came to address the code, and in testing the unit, asked me what that sound was. at the time, i thought it to be a bearing. Paul confirmed it was the motor. and so began the process of contacting LG to have a motor sent free of charge under their 10 year motor warranty. Paul & his assistant just left. and since the washer hasn’t been used, i’m running a cleaning cycle. and i could weep with joy at the silence of the machine working. David came in and saved my family a new dryer! The original outreach had prompt response to the issue and David came by within 4hours of the call back and quoted price based on tech diagnosis which aligned and was taken I'm to account upon arrival. The service was done within an hour. He did show me the reason it was so loud after thermostat was fixed, the wheel was broken on the belt, after another quote for new set of parts to replace upon my request, we scheduled the fix as soon as parts were on (we have gas dryer, not common parts ). The service was exceptionally good and he was patient with my very inquisitive child 😀. Davis also shoulder me more about the dryer when I explained that I tried fixing myself (grew up with electrician in home ) He also gave recommendations to services not preformed and was honest on who not to use based on feedback and experience. We will be using my appliance repair pro as long as we remain in Arizona for sure!
