This site tells you about our appliance repair service, the areas we cover, and how to reach us. Sending a form, a chat or a text is a request for us to get in touch. It isn't a booked appointment until we confirm a time with you.

2. Estimates, tools and repair tips

Prices, the repair-or-replace calculator, the troubleshooting guides and the maintenance tips on this site are general information to help you decide what to do. They aren't a quote. Your technician gives you the actual price after looking at your appliance.

If you try a fix yourself, unplug the appliance and shut off its water or gas first. Stop and call a professional if you're not comfortable. Anything that involves gas, the sealed refrigerant system or wiring inside the machine should be left to a technician. You use the guides at your own risk.

3. Repair work and warranties

Repairs are covered by the terms and warranty given to you with your service, on your invoice or work order. If anything on this website seems to say something different, your invoice wins.

4. Reviews

Reviews shown on this site come from real customers on Google and other review sites. They're one person's experience, not a promise about yours. If you post a review of us, please stick to the facts of your own experience.

5. Using the site the right way
