Sub-Zero, Wolf and Thermador, right through Samsung, LG and Whirlpool. We've been working on all of them for 17 years. We just never put it up on the website.
Why the brand changes the answer
Repair or replace works out differently for each. A $600 fridge that's past halfway through its life usually isn't worth a $400 repair. A built-in Sub-Zero is a different machine that lasts a lot longer, so a repair that wouldn't make sense on a budget unit is often the easy call. We'll tell you which one you've got, even when the right answer is to stop putting money into it.
Flat rate quoted before we start, same as everything else we do. No commission, so nobody has a reason to talk you into a part you don't need.
High-end and built-in
Built-in refrigeration, pro ranges and column units. These have their own guides because people search for them by name.
Everyday and major brands
The brands in most Arizona kitchens and laundry rooms. We've always fixed these, and each one now has its own guide.
Also serviced

Call and ask. The list of what we won't touch is a lot shorter than the list of what we will.
Does the brand really change the repair decision?
Yes, more than most people expect. A budget machine past halfway through its life is rarely worth a big repair, while a built-in made to last twenty years often is. The brand tells us which one you've got.
Why do only some brands have their own page?
A brand gets its own page when enough people search for it by name. A page for every brand and appliance combo would just be a pile of thin pages that don't help anybody.
