My Appliance Repair Pro, LLC ("we," "us") repairs home appliances in Pinal and Maricopa County, Arizona. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website, call us, text us, chat with us or send us a form, and what we do with it. By using this website you agree to this policy.

1. What we collect

What you give us. When you fill out a form, call, text or chat, we get what you tell us: your name, phone number, email address, the address or city where the appliance is, the appliance and brand, and what's wrong with it. When we come out, we also keep the service details: the model and serial number, what we found, the parts used and what you paid.

What your browser sends. Like almost every website, ours receives your IP address, browser and device type, the page you came from, and the pages you visit. Some of this is collected through cookies (see section 5).

Payments. Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We don't keep full card numbers.

2. How we use it

To call you back, schedule the visit and repair your appliance.
To send appointment confirmations, reminders and updates about your repair.
To send invoices and handle warranty questions.
To ask you to review our service after a visit. You can ignore or opt out of these.
To see how people use this website, so we can improve it, and to measure our ads.
To keep the website and our forms safe from spam and abuse.

3. Text messages

If you text us at 520-317-6445 or give us your mobile number, we may text you about your appointment and repair, and to ask for a review. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop getting texts, or HELP for help. We don't share your mobile number or text opt-in with anyone for their marketing, and we never sell it.

4. Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We share it only with the companies that help us run the business, and only so they can do that job:

Cloudflare hosts this website and protects it from attacks.
Mailgun delivers the messages you send through our contact form to our inbox.
Google: Google Workspace for our email, Google Sheets to keep a record of form messages, Google Analytics to understand website visits, and Google Ads and Tag Manager to measure our advertising, including which ads led to a call.
Reveo runs the chat on this website, our customer messaging and texting, and the reviews shown on our pages.
Our payment processor, for card payments.
Appliance manufacturers and parts suppliers, when a warranty claim or part order needs your name, address or appliance details.

We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of selling the business.

5. Cookies and ad measurement

This website uses cookies from Google Analytics and Google Ads to count visits, see which pages help people, and tell which ads led to a call or a form. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The website works without these cookies.

6. How long we keep it

We keep customer and service records for as long as they're useful for warranties, repeat service and our tax and business records, usually several years. Form messages and chats are kept as long as we need them to follow up. Website analytics data is kept under Google Analytics' own retention settings.

7. Keeping it safe

The website only works over an encrypted connection (https), and access to customer records is limited to our staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

8. Your choices

You can ask us what information we keep about you, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it (we may need to keep some records, like invoices, for tax or warranty reasons). Email us at info@myappliancerepairpro.com or call either office. We'll respond within 30 days.

9. Children

This website isn't meant for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the effective date at the top.
